Yes, certainly! I was Recently in the Carpathians: where lower - there is zero temperature, only begins in the mountains the snow, but very little, just under the trees. The forests themselves are green, the tops of mountains (usually white almost to may) only powdered snow.

Grass Seeley the Sun does not Shine the Snow falls and melts. And the rain flies! Not Winter, not Autumn messed up!!! an Ulster and an Umbrella to help--something like that!
