3. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you should refrain from using the SITE and delete your account.

Prohibited on the site

1. Arranging contract matches and other agreements between players to achieve certain results in any sections of the SITE that have a competitive nature.
2. Posting hints for puzzles in their comments, except for hints hidden in Spoiler.
3. Posting complete answers to puzzles.
4. Using multiple accounts by one player.
5. Using third-party programs and browser add-ons to facilitate puzzle solving, assistance in games.
6. Using browser add-ons and other software products that block advertising display on the SITE.
7. Profanity, flooding, spam and advertising in comments, posting links to SITEs with themes similar to GrandGames.net
8. Impudent, provocative behavior, expressed in systematic insults or neglectful attitude towards other players or the SITE administration.
9. Posting content that violates the content creation and upload conditions described below.

Content creation and upload conditions

A registered user can independently upload content to the SITE (text and graphic information), as well as upload and create puzzles (Japanese crosswords, puzzles and others) using the software capabilities of the SITE.

1. Users bear personal responsibility for any materials they upload to the SITE.
2. The user guarantees that content uploaded to the SITE or created using the SITE functionality:
   1. Does not contain scenes of violence and pornography
   2. Does not contain scenes that could incite interethnic conflict
   3. Is not an object of copyright of other persons
   4. Does not violate the laws of RB, Ukraine, RF, Brazil, Portugal, Turkey, Japan, USA and European Union countries.
   5. Complies with Google content rules
3. The author grants the SITE administration the right to use content uploaded to the SITE or created using the SITE functionality as follows:
   1. refusal to publish or deletion;
   2. public display;
   3. modification and editing;
   4. distribution;
   5. commercial use;
   6. transfer of data rights to third parties;
4. After adding "find the differences" puzzles, Japanese crosswords, puzzles, coloring pages, and puzzles derived from them to the SITE, the user cannot delete them without the consent of the SITE administration.
5. Any content may be deleted by the administration from the SITE at their discretion, as well as upon requests of controlling authorities, copyright holders, or for other reasons.
